In his book, Regi creates a model for mentors to intentionally and effectively mentor others who are in need of guidance and direction at their stage in life using biblical principles and the model that Christ laid out in the Bible as he chose and mentored his disciples. This strategy is now being used by numerous groups who want to be intentional about the mentoring process and create an environment in which starting and replicating mentoring groups is commonly used.
